    SMAS is a health and safety assessment organisation that works with many construction organisations throughout the UK. E & M Design and Building Ltd. have been assessed against the requirements set out by Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) core criteria and UK Health and Safety legislation. SSIP sets the benchmark for health and safety throughout the construction industry. 
     
    E & M Design and Building Ltd. are pleased to be awarded the accreditation of being a SSIP Approved, SMAS Worksafe Contractor.
